We defined the UK’s first Enterprise ICE Order Comms programme, delivered Clinisys Winpath Enterprise across 5 Trusts, led major POCT consolidation and cloud migration, and managed Abbott Trac implementations with full analyser consolidation. We’ve also delivered 18-month infrastructure migration programmes, led full network consolidation and transition programmes covering people, process, and technology, delivered EPR integrations with Epic and Millennium, secured £70M in NHSE DDCP funding across pathology networks, and driven 147 project go-lives in 3 years for a leading pathology network. Both. We have a wide range of experience on either side of the stakeholder fence. On the NHS side, we’ve fulfilled Programme Director, Programme Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Tester roles, among others, including building client-side project teams from scratch to support operational departments through major supplier implementations. On the supplier side, we’ve provided full project delivery framework training, supplied Project and Senior Project Managers, and directly managed suppliers through complex, multi-Trust deployments. That dual perspective means we understand both sides of every conversation, and can bridge them effectively.
